I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Computational Cosmology at Durham University.

In my research, I use state-of-the-art supercomputers and paper & pen reasoning to tackle the deepest questions on the origin and evolution of the Universe. How did large-scale structures and galaxies form starting from tiny initial density perturbations? And how could life ultimately emerge? What does the future of the Universe hold?

Besides research, I am passionate about outreach and education, and I love experiment with different methods for communicating science and disseminating knowledge.
